Fees

To confirm your appointment booking, a refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment at your next visit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to change your appointment.

• Rescheduling/Amendments: If you need to amend the date of your treatment appointment, we politely ask for at least 48 hours' notice so that we can reallocate the appointment to other patients.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time, your deposit is non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
• Your refund will be processed to the card originally used for the payment, so please ensure it is available when requesting a refund. If you would like the refund issued to a different card, we will need confirmation that you were the original owner of the card used, in accordance with our anti-fraud policy

To Receive Your Refund:

When you are ready to request a refund, please contact us by phone or email, and our receptionist will assist you with the process.

Please have the following information available to speed up the refund process:

• The card number, expiry date, and security code of the card you used to make the payment.
  (For Apple Pay or Google Pay transactions, please follow the specific instructions below.)
• The digits of the postcode of the address where your card was registered.

Instructions for Apple Pay Users:

If you paid using Apple Pay, follow these steps to find your virtual card details:

1. Open the Apple Wallet app on your device.
2. Select the card you used to make the payment.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Select Card Number to reveal the virtual card details.
5. Provide the receptionist with the last 4 digits of your Apple Pay virtual card number.
6. Take a screenshot of this page and send it to info@nottinghilldentalclinic.com.

Once we receive the screenshot, we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and may take up to one week to be reflected in your account.

Instructions for Google Pay Users:

If you paid using Google Pay, follow these steps to find your virtual card details:

1. Open the Google Wallet app on your device.
2. Select the card you used for the payment.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
4. Your virtual account number will be displayed.
5. Take a screenshot of this page and send it to info@nottinghilldentalclinic.com.

Once we receive the screenshot, we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and may take up to one week to be reflected in your account.

Why Do We Need a Screenshot?

When you make a payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay, a virtual token (or card number) is generated for security purposes, instead of using your actual physical card number. To process your refund, we need to confirm that the payment method used is valid and can be linked back to the original payment source. The screenshot of your virtual card helps us ensure that the refund is issued to the correct payment method, keeping your financial details secure.
